| Take a breath of fresh air! Ferme du Coquetot lies in a
natural setting only one hour from Paris and 15 minutes from Rouen.
In this quiet countryside you will discover the atmosphere of a real farm with its cows, hens, ducks and gooses... Ferme du Coquetot is located at the edge of a village near a little chateau, surrounded by fields and meadows. Benedicte and Jean-Luc will introduce you to their job as farmers and cattle breeders.You will be invited to see the milking and you will taste the delicious farm products for dinner (table d'hotes on booking, 16 euros per person) or for breakfast. Three guest rooms decorated in a naïve style are at your disposal, as well as a dining-room equipped with a kitchen corner and a fireplace. Moreover, the former dovecote in the farm yard has been turned into a comfortable country lodging suitable for 2 or 3 people looking for independent accomodation for a week-end, a week or more. |

The Country Lodging in the DovecoteThis authentic dovecote dates back to the 18th Century. The three level country lodging has a private entrance opening on to the farm yard and the fenced pond. Ground floor: kitchen with dining area and sitting area. (dish washer, washing machine, microwaves oven, fridge, etc). Barbecue, garden furniture.

The countryside around the farm invites to walks and
hikes through fields and woods. The surrounding area is exceptionnally packed with places to visit: the city of Rouen with its half-timbered houses and its museums, chateau de Martainville and the museum of Normandy arts and crafts, Vascoeuil and the open-air sculptures, the 'Feather Garden' (jardin plume), Fontaine-Guérard abbey... Starting from ferme du Coquetot you will also visit Claude Monet 's garden in Giverny, the Landing Beaches or the cliffs at Etretat... Benedicte and Jean-Luc will do their best to make your
stay unforgettable. Do you fancy learning how to cook norman pastries,
jellies, or making beads rings ? Ask Benedicte to teach you!
