Exhibition 2020 in Giverny France, Museum of Impressionisms
From June 15th to August 30th, 2020
Through more than 80 works, visitors discover the collections specific to the Musée des Impressionnismes Giverny. Since the museum's creation in 2009, its collections have grown steadily thanks to donations, purchases or deposits. With 211 works, they retrace the history of Impressionism from its forerunners to its repercussions in contemporary art.
The exhibition highlights paintings by Monet, Boudin, Caillebotte, Denis, Bonnard, Luce, Signac, Auburtin, Joan Mitchell, Hiramatsu Reiji, as well as photographs by Oliver Mériel and Bernard Plossu.
