| It is the countryside closest to Paris. In la Ferme des
Vallees (the Farm of the Valleys), you are next to Mantes-la-Jolie,
only thirty minutes by train from Paris. The landscapes display all
their charms, blond crop fields, blue flax flowers, yellow
rape-seeds.
The meadows around the farm belong to fruit trees and sheep.
The Ferme des Vallees is located in a village 4 kilometers from the town of Mantes. The Raux have been farming it for four generations and produce among others flax seeds for the bakery. Three delightful guest rooms have just been fitted out in a 19th century stone house. A dining and sitting room with fireplace is at your disposal. |
