The old barn, independent from the main house and having its own entrance has been completely restored into two well separated lodgings.

Manitot is situated mid-way between Vernon and Giverny, 2,5 km from Claude Monet's house.

You can drive to Giverny, of course, but also ride a bike or walk on the pleasant pedestrian way, aside from the traffic. The pathway that goes alongside our house will lead you to the street Claude Monet through Giverny. You may also take advantage of the GR hiking trail which goes to Giverny through the wood.

The big lodging

Made of :

• a large room with well equipped kitchen area (electric patches, oven, fridge)
• dining room area
• living room area with fireplace
• room opening on a South oriented garden with barbecue and garden furniture.

• one with large bed 140x190 cm,
• the second with two twin beds 90x200
• Bathroom with shower and WC.

Rates 2007 :

• 125 € one night.
• 460 € per week
• Sheets and towels provided.
• Baby cot on request
• Additional bed on request.

The little lodging

Designed as a studio for two people :

• kitchen area,
• bathroom with shower,
• separated WC,
• large bed 140X190cm
• flowered terrace-corner with garden table and chairs.

Rates 2007 :

• 58 € one night for 2 people.
• 210 € per week for 2 people.
